Yes — completely women-only. No male members and absolutely no male staff of any kind, including managers, trainers, physios, dietitians, floor assistants, and housekeeping.
What are the gym timings? +
We are open Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 8 PM. We are closed on Sundays and national holidays. School-time memberships (afternoon slots) are available at 30–40% lower fees.
How much weight can I realistically lose per month? +
3–4 kg per month is a healthy, sustainable target. Our focus is on fat loss, not just scale weight — so the results last. Our experts guide you on exactly how much to lose and how to sustain it.
I'm over 40. Can I still see results? +
Absolutely! With regular workouts and a personalised plan, women at any age can achieve weight loss, inch loss, toning, and improved strength. Age is no barrier here.
What is the Pink Express workout? +
Pink Express is a 30-minute full-body circuit designed for busy women. It alternates strength and cardio stations to maximise calorie burn and toning in minimal time — perfect if you can't commit to longer sessions.
Can I join if I have a health condition like PCOD, osteoporosis, or diabetes? +
Yes. Our physiotherapists create safe, customised routines for women with a range of health conditions. We also have specialised nutrition plans for hormonal imbalances, bone health, and blood sugar management.
Do you offer flexible payment or EMI? +

How often should I work out? +
We recommend 3–5 sessions per week (minimum 30 minutes each). Your body needs 24–48 hours to recover between sessions targeting the same muscle groups, so rest days are an important part of the plan.
